I dont think there's any actual difference between low and ultra graphics settings apart from how setting it to ultra reduces soms fps.

TBH Xenomorphs really should kill the Working Joes. I'm sure the Xenomorph knows they aren't human, but still, they get in the way so the Alien could kill it in a sort of "fuck you, you're in my way!" type of way
